A.S. Hamrah and Hollywood Entertainment proudly present Stuart Gordon's final masterwork: Stuck featuring an exclusive pre-recorded virtual Q&A with star Mena Suvari and an in-person introduction by Gordon's daughter, Suzanna Gordon.
"Stuart Gordon’s Stuck is perhaps the most disturbing film of its era, which is that period in the George W. Bush years just before the economy collapsed. More than disturbing, in fact it is an alarming portrait of American citizens at the end of their collective rope, behaving in ways that are callous, uncivilized, and completely lacking in concern for other people. A chilling portrait of its time from a master filmmaker, once seen it is not to be forgotten." - A.S. Hamrah
Written by EZTV and Dark Romances alum John Strysik, Stuck tells the story of Brandi (Suvari), a compassionate hospice nurse who hits Tom (Stephen Rea), an unhoused man, with her car, lodging him in the windshield. Rather than seek help, she drives home, parks in her garage, and goes about her life and work as usual in the following days... What follows is a darkly comic, insightful, and unsettling descent into the darkness of human denial. Stuck is an inspired-by-a-true-story nightmarish descent into waking hell that demonstrates the incredible talents of Stuart Gordon - best known for supernatural horror and sci-fi classics like Re-Animator and From Beyond - when turned to the twisted sociopolitical milieu of the real world.
