SOV SEP: Hell's Highway (2002) pres. by Terror Vision

Every year we show exclusively shot-on-videotape works throughout September for something we call: SOV SEPTEMBER. Join us for this year's month-long exploration into the depths of some of the most under-appreciated margins of filmmaking. Usually no-budget, usually put together by small crews of friends (and family members, and neighbors), sometimes over-the-top gross, sometimes transgressive, and almost always like no other film you've ever seen - this series is for cinematically adventurous travelers only!

Four college friends take a fateful road trip on Hell's Highway...a direct route to terror. They pick up Lucinda, a deviant hitchhiker with lust for the kill. The group thinks they have rid themselves of the vicious pick-up, but she soon starts appearing around every corner and down every bend like a murderous mirage. Is this the work of the Devil or something else and can anyone stop her killing spree? Anchored by a deliciously mad performance from Phoebe Dollar as hitchhiker Lucinda Polonia. (Terror Vision)
