Office Hours are open! T.A.P.E. "professors" are holding a two-hour workshop/open hours session designed to give you the space and guidance to finally clean up that messy hard drive.

We will discuss basic concepts in digital preservation, walk through common care tasks for storage devices, answer questions, and showcase some helpful free and open-source software.

Participants will learn about tools for:

- Identifying duplicate files

- Batch renaming

- Moving files with fixity (sameness) tools

- Generating a list of all the files in a folder (or on the entire device)
