T.A.P.E. presents an artist talk with visiting filmmaker Erica Schreiner!
Preceding a screening of her work, join us on Saturday July 12 at 10 for an intimate conversation with filmmaker Erica Schreiner. Showcasing her wide breath of VHS-based performance work, Erica will discuss her ethos and aesthetic, with open space for dialogue and questions!
Erica Schreiner has exhibited her work extensively throughout the course of her career both in the United States and internationally. She has completed more than 100 video works of performative art, two feature films, and several music videos. In 2021, Schreiner received a New York City Artist Corps Grant for The Special People, and her films have screened at SHOWstudio, Hugh Lane Gallery in Dublin, MIX NYC, Millennium Film Workshop, and MoMA.
$10 general admission, $8 for Whammy! and T.A.P.E. members.
